Join us for a CORE57 Strengthability workout on the terrace! This full-body workout is designed to improve mobility, build strength, and improve coordination and balance. Movement patterns reflect everyday squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting. CORE57 brings this exclusive Animal Flow class to Alpharetta. Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of a supportive fitness community and enjoy some fresh air.
