Carrie’s Conservatory & the Public House

The Hamilton offers two full service industrial-style bars and both house unique spirits where a variety of local distilleries take center stage through herb-infused craft cocktails in a modern and intimate space.
Carrie’s features a breezy open outdoor terrace where guests are able to select from a curated list of Gin, Vodka, Bourbon and a variety of local Whiskey’s from Georgia. Our wine program highlights tried and tasted favorites such as bouncy reds and zippy whites alongside a local craft beer selection.
