Our Story
Ineffably Chic, like her, the terrasse of Carrie’s Conservatory serves as a place to listen, to grow, to reset, to ask yourself who you are and what you want. We’ve built this for those that have been so entangled in doing that they forgot the beauty in being.
Inspired by his 20th anniversary trip to Paris with her, this special place is a symbol for being Parisian wherever you are. Carrie’s Conservatory is taking a long walk instead of the subway. It’s a mid-day glass of wine. It’s replacing scrolling with page turning. Carrie’s Conservatory is the philosophy of enjoyment.
We’ve created this place in recognition of Carrie and her favorite morning place, Cafè de Flore, the classic Parisian Art Deco café on the corner of Boulevard Saint-Germain that transcends time and place. It remains the quintessential place to see and be seen, a favorite of Sartre, Picasso, Bataille, and Camus. Just like Café de Flore, you should never feel guilty for indulging in life’s most elegant pleasures here.
